When I Wash The Dishes I Know That I Wash The Dishes

We meet weekly on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 until 8:00 to meditate using guided meditations in the style of Plum Village, we also read from and discuss various mindfulness books mostly by Thich Nhat Hahn.

On the final Tuesday of the month we incorporate offerings from Gratefulness.org an institution established by Brother David Steindl-Rast.

Over the years we have become accustomed to smiling whenever we hear or see the phrase: when I wash the dishes I know that I wash the dishes.

Similarly we have learnt to happily say to ourselves: as I breathe in I know that I am breathing in, as I breathe out I know that I am breathing out.

Once a month we have a Wednesday afternoon gathering from 2.00 until 4:00 where we draw from more eclectic sources for our meditation guidance.

You are welcome to simply drop in, but if you do wish to reach out first then Christopher or Kate can be contacted on 01507 600064

We hope you are able to join us and enjoy the beneficial opportunity to share mindfulness and meditation.

There is a £5-00 contribution towards costs requested for each session.
